Shipping Price

All orders over $100 CAD will receive FREE SHIPPING across Canada and the USA! Anything under $100 will incur a $10.00 shipping flat rate.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. No modifications are possible during processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as tracking information is available.

Please note shipping is separate from order processing times and both occur during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.

Orders received after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Is processing time separate from shipping time?

Yes. It may take up to 1-3 days for us to process and package your order. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you’ll know when it arrives.

What’s not returnable?

  • Please note that all of our boxes are sealed with a sticker. If the sticker is torn or removed, the product is considered opened and is not eligible for return.
  • Opened products are not returnable.
  • Products in boxes with broken seals are not returnable.
  • Items not purchased at enerje.shop
  • Items without an order number or a packing slip.
  • For hygienic reasons, shower filters and all clothing are a “Final Sale”.
  • Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (final sale).

How do I return unopened products?

  • Unopened product return requests must be submitted within 30-days of delivery by contacting us.
  • Unopened product/s being returned must be mailed or shipped within 14-days of the date the return was authorized by Enerje's Customer Experience Department.
  • Your unopened product(s) must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase for each product that confirms your name, address, and order number.
  • If the returned product(s) is opened and/or damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If you have initiated the return after the 30-day period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If we have not received your return within 30-days, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks once the return has arrived to our warehouse for return processing and approval. 
  • Please note as a growing company we do not provide return labels or cover cost of shipping.
